Ten years, three stores and two food trucks later, our mission remains the same - to deliver authentic BBQ in a friendly, casual, rustic atmosphere. The collard greens, the pickles, the ribs and chicken, the pork and brisket, the dry rub, the hardwood cooking - it hasn’t changed. We hope to bring some lip-smacking goodness to you soon. While our signature BBQ items like ribs, pork sandwiches and brisket cheesesteaks are popular staples, look for other mainstays like our “soon to be famous” fish fry, beef bacon cheeseburgers, tacos with steak tinga, vegan sloppy joes and spicy chicken nuggets. Find Deke’s Food Truck at night markets, food festivals and breweries around the city. Reserve us for weddings, birthdays, employee appreciations and any other special occasions you can think of! We can travel within a 100 mile radius. The Lehigh Valley, North Jersey and The Jersey Shore have been and are all well within range!
